Eventually, the entire Minecade staff resigned from their positions as Minecade Global Moderators because of this. The GGMC community is dead since Fluxty surely loves focusing on dead GGMC Skyblock servers. I am kind of surprised that the company is hiring developers and server administrators, I admit. Since, you know, they are 3.6 millions in debt. Trust me, it's going to be more than 3.6 millions in debt at this point since they are opening the networks which is a high risk on their part. However, you shouldn't expect anything highly from Fluxty. Good Gaming Inc doesn't even know anything about the popular Super Craft Brothers from Minecade, Super Minecraft Maker from Minecade, and famous Olimpo gamemodes. They will be hiring new developers as you can see, but since there are no developers at the moment. New developers will be hired soon and they absolutely know nothing about the OG gamemodes. The new developers will make gamemodes from scratch, but the nostalgic gamemodes won't feel the same as you played a long time ago. Basically, new people, new staff team, and new leadership. Good luck believing in the absolutely crap and disorganized Fluxty who does nothing but enjoys wasting his time on his Skyblock servers Also, I may be a gal who posts mentally-ill contents on my Enjin profile. I have no false hope, I've been here for seven years, as user and as Olimpo GM, and in 2018 nobody expected Good Gaming making anything as Minecade & Olimpo were years ago. Actually I don't like playing Minecraft but posting on forums. First day with Good Gaming it was clear that they had not the level of Legendary LLC, but I've been talking with some guys around the Internet who created a fake Olimpocraft with Run from the beast, Bridges... in fact, I think there is at least part of RFTB code on GitHub. Apart from that, classic games code is not as expensive as most people think. It's hard to code it (I'm a Java developer) from the scratch, but with this kind of minigames you don't really need to do that at the beginning. In fact, Olimpo's most popular games came after some time in which owners were making money. You don't really need a full, well coded server to become popular. Olimpo was in fact an horrible coded server, with bugs and lag, and it had like twice or three times more users than Minecade because of Youtubers and community. It's all about marketing boy, Fluxty doesn't really need lot of technical work to start, just a server which can support up to 1k users, some classic and popular minigames but the most important thing is and will be marketing. As I said before, I have no hope at this point and I have no intentions to take part in this new era, but lets see what they do before writing disrespectful things. I don't care who you are and I am simply stating facts about the company period. Can't you see we all are very frustrated with the company? Can't you see what our points were? We spent our time dedicating to Minecade for many, many years as a GM. Don't you think that we should deserve respect from Fluxty and the Good Gaming staff team since we were staff for years and ran the network successfully. After the buyout happened, we were discriminated, not listened to, and were treated as "third class" by the Good Gaming staff team as I just said previously. There was no fair equality for us in anything. Fluxty kept siding with the Good Gaming staff team. Fluxty swept every problems we had with the Good Gaming staff team under the rug. Eventually, the Minecade staff team had no hope on Fluxty and on the company. Where did the fundraiser go after the community spent a few thousand dollars to get the Minecade recode done? This was in 2019. I am sure all of our money went into his dead Skyblock servers. And what does this have to do with Olimpocraft? What are you doing here posting on our forums? I ensure I understand your point, I agree with you, I also spent 12-13 hours a day as a GM running Olimpo succesful. We were discriminated not only by GG but also by Felipe. In fact, we were merged with you guys and our server disappeared for a period of time. We complained, we protested, but we never started the wild west in the forums. And no, we did not went to Minecade talking about Olimpo's issues. We just tried to do the best of ourselves while we were able to. The Olimpocraft community deserves know the truth of what's going on behind the company. Hence, we came here and explained what the company was like and the Minecade community's relationship with the company after the buyout. Our relationship with the company went so terrible, absolutely awful. In my opinion, we shouldn't invest our money into the company. Why would we donate our money to the company when they discriminated us and when they didn't bother trying to improve our relationship between the community and the company? I remember that the Olimpocraft staff team were merged with us and it was very unfortunate to see that happen. Also, Fluxty didn't really communicate with the Olimpocraft community since he couldn't speak Spanish. He abandoned you all and let the community die. There was nothing for the Olimpocraft community to talk about. We, the Minecade community, were actively talking with Fluxty in the Minecade Discord during the recode and well still now. We realized how constant Fluxty keeps telling lies after having a lot, a lot of discussions with him. He is not a man of his word and tremendously negligible with his plans for Minecade and Olimpocraft. He told us a long time ago that he would finish working one of his dead Skyblock servers and then he would finish recoding the Super Craft Brothers gamemode from Minecade, which, again, was in like 2019. First, posting screenshots of the corporate debt here represents either a gross misunderstanding of corporate debt or an attempt to mislead. It seems clear reading these posts that the poster of that information may still be holding a grudge from the original falling out with them after we acquired the Minecade network. I will explain the current situation to the best of my understanding. How are we getting funds? The company that owns Legendary LLC, Good Gaming, has its share price up something like 1200% since May, a number which, to my understanding, represents a 15 million dollar increase in the company's market capitalization, which indicates confidence from investors. The company I work for is the parent company of Good Gaming and is doing over 140 Million dollars in business annually, across 9+ different companies.. Our successes provide promise that we can fund a full scale re-launch and revival of Minecade & Olimpo with professional developers, community management, marketing (youtubers, etc.) and adopt the ambitious goal of taking on behemoth networks like Hypixel. A lot of the conversation in this thread is perfectly reasonable, and you are all right to have your doubts. I owe you guys all this response, but actions speak louder than words and we will have to use actions to restore your confidence, so I won't be commenting much on future threads, and some of the users posting in here are on anonymous accounts spreading libel which we only have resources to defend in court, and so this post and others like it will be removed. You can screenshot this post and its information before it is removed if you'd like to keep it for others who may be exposed to these users. I will leave it up for a bit. For fundraising, to my knowledge this was a failure and there were virtually no funds raised from Minecade for a recode. Just people who had no faith in us stating such, same as here (fair enough). And to be fair, I believe what they are referring to was just a Discord ping for fundraising to see if there was any magic that could happen for Minecade while we were performing a successful GGMC fundraiser. In regards to myself, I of course had no control over hiring more devs. I am not the CEO of the company that owns Olimpo. I can't just hire devs because I want to. As most of the users misrepresenting this situation know very well, I work on Minecade/Olimpo in my own free time, but Minecade & Olimpo need the focus of a full development team who also understand the games and how we can make them successful in today's Minecraft environment, keep them updated and as bug free as possible. Claims that we will hire devs who do not understand Olimpo are just silly and may help reveal the true intentions of some of the unfoundedly negative posters here. The first place we are speaking on applications is to the old community of Olimpo that follow us on Twitter. And of course, correcting the above, we hired a fantastic bilingual community manager to communicate with the Olimpo community in the past. Finally, to be clear, we will not be asking for anyone's money on Olimpo until we have a game and something to sell in it (like ranks). Hold up tho, OP ain't me if that's what you were wondering, he's just some dude from the community. Outside occasionally keeping up with the 'news', and an occasional memeing around like on Twitter earlier, I genuinely do not care about Minecade or GG's future. I play Minecraft like once every 3 months these days lol. Best of luck remaking it and forming a new community. I think finally looking to hire new developers is a great idea, though admittedly a very late idea that I think David (or whoever is in charge of making these decisions) should have done ages ago considering this apparent massive success of the parent company. I personally have understood pretty much since the beginning of those screenshots being spammed around by a bunch of people, that majority of the "debt" is owed to Viaone; the debt and investor thing was memed heavily back in the day by people who were 100% misunderstanding or intentionally misleading as you said. It was just another method of trolling. The 'we do a little trolling' meme is basically the old core Minecade community in a nutshell, although there are exceptions like a lot of the McMaker players. Back to the grudges thing though, it ain't just some Minecade players that developed one. I disliked seeing a lot of innocent people asking about Minecade get unfairly dumpstered on by GG players ingame/on discord for years after most people moved on, because they assumed anything Minecade = Anti-GG. I personally think that stigma should probably try to be culled in your own community if you're genuinely trying to get Minecade and Olimpo back up again and want your current playerbase to play on it. Btw make sure them microbuddies don't mess up the environment too much pal, those NFT carbon footprints are a bigger plague than any of the actual microbes. Back into 2018, GG didn't do well at all, and that's a fact. It was a complete disaster. But hold up -- seems like things are going to change. These days SrMaCoL and I were taking a look to some movements that GG were doing, such as reopen the forum and bringing back the domain, also changing the icon of the website. I understand the disappointment that you have guys (the same I had back into 2018), but come on, it wouldn't make any sense at all to reopen the forum and post on Twitter "hey, we're hiring devs" if nothing's going to be done. Personally, I'm glad to see that this is happening. And, Fluxty or someone of the GG staff -- feel free to contact me or Macol if you need some help of the veterans. It would be a pleasure to help.
